Product Description

PANOVF® Rock Wool blanket is a flexible insulation product designed for a wide range of general insulation applications.
It is available in either folded or roll form, which makes it easy to install over large areas.
Manufactured in various thicknesses, this rock wool blanket is highly suitable for thermal insulation in residential, commercial,
and industrial buildings.
Panovf Rock Wool Roll finds extensive multi-purpose uses in pitch roofs, attics, ceilings, suspended ceilings,
and other structures where load-bearing insulation mats are not necessary.
It can be used as a single-layer insulation solution for the thermal insulation of external structures.
For instance, it can be applied in pitch roofs or placed between the rafters in attics.

Application

Thermal insulation, fire prevention, sound absorption and noise reduction for large-scale pipe networks, large-scale storage tanks, containers, boilers and air ducts.   • In the construction field:
    For external wall and roof insulation in buildings, rock wool blankets can effectively block heat transfer, reducing the energy consumption of heating and cooling in buildings. Q:  What are the characteristics of Rock wool and Glass wool?
A:  (1) Rock wool can withstand up to 1000°C (1800°F), while fiberglass melts at around 600°C (1100°F).
(2) Rock wool density: 40 - 200 kg/m³ . Glass wool density: 8 - 100 kg/m³.
(3) Rock wool: blanket sizes like 0.6m×5m, 1.2m×5m etc.; board sizes 1.2m×0.6m, 1.2m×2.4m etc.
Glass wool: blanket sizes 1.2m×30m, 1.2m×15m etc.; board sizes 1.2m×0.6m, 1.2m×2.3m etc.
(4) Applications: Rock wool is used in civil, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. Glass wool is mainly for civil and commercial buildings.
